3. Storage and service providers
Lead and contact submissions may be stored in separate Google Sheets through Google Apps Script web applications configured by the site operator. Payment information, when payments are enabled, is processed by the payment service shown at checkout and may be subject to that provider’s privacy practices.
4. Local storage
The website may use browser local storage to remember theme preferences, lead-submission status, product-flow state and promotional timing. Clearing browser storage may reset these local preferences.
5. Sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate forms, hosting, payment processing, access delivery or legal compliance. We may disclose information where required by law or a valid legal process.
6. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, access delivery, record keeping, fraud prevention, disputes and legal compliance. Retention periods can vary depending on the purpose and applicable requirements.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to reduce unauthorized access or misuse. No internet-based system is completely risk-free, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and legal or record-keeping obligations. You can also clear local browser storage through your browser settings.
9. Children
The website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from young children without appropriate involvement of a parent or lawful guardian where required.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when services, legal requirements or data practices change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
