These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the GARMI GUARD website and digital product. By purchasing or using GARMI GUARD, you agree to these terms.
1. Product nature
GARMI GUARD is a digital interactive Summer Survival System. It may include digital modules, checklists, trackers, routines, self-check tools and educational preparedness content. No physical goods are sold or shipped through this website.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must provide accurate contact and payment information. If you are legally unable to enter into a contract, a parent or lawful guardian must complete the transaction where applicable.
3. Pricing and promotions
The public product price is displayed on the pricing section of the website. At the time of this policy, the public price displayed is ₹279 and the reference MRP displayed is ₹999. A promotional welcome price of ₹199 may be shown only when an eligible promotional window is active. The ₹199 price is ₹80 lower than the ₹279 public price and ₹800 lower than the ₹999 MRP. Prices may be changed for future transactions, but the amount shown and confirmed at checkout applies to that transaction.
4. Payment
Payments will be processed through the payment method or payment service displayed at checkout once payment functionality is enabled. We do not ask users to send card PINs, OTPs or banking passwords. Payment processing may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms.
5. Personal-use licence
Purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use GARMI GUARD for personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, publicly distribute, copy for commercial redistribution, or share access credentials or protected product links with others.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the website, upload malicious code, automate abusive requests, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or use the product for unlawful purposes.
7. Digital delivery and access
Delivery is digital and follows the Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy. If confirmed payment does not result in access, contact support through the Contact Us page so the issue can be investigated.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because access is digital and can be made available quickly, cancellation after successful delivery or substantial access may not be eligible except in the cases stated in that policy or where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Health and safety
GARMI GUARD contains general educational and preparedness information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Heat illness may require urgent professional care. See the Disclaimer page for important limitations.
10. Availability and updates
We may update content, interface elements or delivery methods to improve the product, correct errors or maintain compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability where outages are caused by third-party services, networks, devices or events outside reasonable control.
11. Intellectual property
The GARMI GUARD name, website design, original content, product modules, text, graphics and underlying materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GARMI GUARD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of the product, failure to seek professional help, reliance on outdated local conditions, device/network failures, or use outside the product’s stated educational purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled under applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction determined by applicable law.
