Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

How GARMI GUARD digital access is delivered, expected delivery handling and what to do if confirmed payment does not produce access.

No physical shipping: GARMI GUARD is a digital product. No parcel, printed book or physical kit is shipped.

1. Delivery method

After successful payment confirmation, digital access is intended to be provided through an on-screen access flow and/or the contact details supplied during purchase, depending on the checkout and access system active at that time.

2. Delivery timing

Digital access is designed to be made available promptly after confirmed payment. Short delays may occur because of payment confirmation, network conditions, email/communication filtering, incorrect contact details or third-party service availability.

3. What to do if access does not arrive

Use the Contact Us form and provide the purchaser’s name, phone/email used during purchase, transaction reference and a description of the access problem. Support will verify the transaction and assist with access restoration where the payment is confirmed.

4. Incorrect contact information

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate contact details. If incorrect information causes delivery failure, contact support with verifiable transaction details so the purchase can be reviewed.

5. Access requirements

GARMI GUARD is designed for modern web browsers and mobile devices. The purchaser is responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection and browser settings needed to access the digital product.

6. No shipping charges

Because GARMI GUARD is digitally delivered, no physical shipping or courier charge is applied by GARMI GUARD.
